Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Staff Software Engineer. The Staff Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software applications. Day-to-day tasks include writing code, debugging, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products.
Qualifications
- Identify, prioritize, and execute tasks in the software development life cycle
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in software development, with proficiency in Python and/or Go.
- Review and debug code with an emphasis on critical thinking Proficiency in Programming in Python, Go and/or other mainstream languages
- Experience with database schema and schema-less design with a good foundation in SQL
- Experience with performance engineering, security, and scalability of enterprise software applications
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP)
- Experience with deployment of system with knowledge of DevOps concepts such as containerization and GitOps
- Preferable experience with healthcare imaging and data systems
- Preferable experience with LLMs, NLP and Machine Learning/AI methodologies
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in the healthcare or life sciences industry will be a plus

Pay & Benefits
- Competitive salary range between $80,000 and $100,000
