Business Development Director

OneMedNet is rapidly expanding into an emerging market for imaging Real World Data (iRWD). We provide innovative solutions that unlock the significant value contained within the Real-World Data (“RWD”) repositories of over 1,400 healthcare system and provider sites that currently comprise its iRWD™ network. OneMedNet’s proprietary iRWD™ platform provides secure, comprehensive management of a continuously expanding and diverse set of clinical data, including electronic health records, laboratory results, and uniquely, medical images.


We are looking for an enthusiastic, driven consultative business development professional, with prior experience selling RWE/RWD to commercial and clinical development teams across Life Sciences (drug, medical device, and imaging/diagnostic AI development customers) to help grow our rapidly expanding business. The Business Development Director will be responsible for developing and expanding new business opportunities with clients.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Drive solution development  of real world data, insights, and analytics to both new prospects and existing clients, which may include biopharma, medical device, imaging, and AI-focused organizations.
  • Develop new business opportunities and identify new revenue opportunities with existing and new clients
  • Partner with marketing team and leverage sales enablement tools, events, and leverage content to generate new sales opportunities.
  • Maintain CRM data for all accounts, sales, marketing, and business development activities and provide forecast weekly monthly and quarterly.
  • Cultivate and develop long term relationships with clients to ensure collaboration, alignment, and growth.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% for work-related assignments.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in related area of study or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience building and maintaining relationships with the top 200 pharma organizations
  • 5+ years’ experience in sales and account development to biopharma companies and clinical research organizations.
  • Prior experience in sales and account development at a RWD provider organization is strongly preferred.

  • Highly self-motivated and committed to exceeding planned objectives

  • Understanding of clinical trials and regulatory approval pathway
  • Experience selling in the RWE/RWD space
